In the event that you've placed an order and the warehouse is shorted or has any kind of back order status, we will not be able to process cash returns. Returns will come in the form of a gift certificate for the total of your order including tax and shipping. The reason for this, is that we would have already paid the affiliate you shopped from. We would take a large loss since we would not be able to recoup funds from the affiliate. A gift certificate does not pay the affiliate commissions a 2nd time when redeemed.
